I'm CTO at Crombie.dev, where I lead the technology vision and execution of a company born from continuous experimentation, learning, and transformation. Crombie is more than a software factory — it's a strategic partner helping companies redefine their relationship with technology.

I also serve as Board Member at BeyondFuture, where we help companies navigate complex environments by working with CEOs and leadership teams to adopt a strategic approach grounded in technology, culture, and leadership. In addition, I continue advising multiple tech companies across LATAM, supporting founders and C-levels through scaling challenges, AI adoption, and operations professionalization.

My journey started over 25 years ago: I founded one of Argentina's first web agencies in the late '90s (Infosur.net), built one of the country's first mobile app boutiques in 2008 (BeApp), and led teams of 500+ people at Globant serving clients like Electronic Arts, PayPal, eBay, and Ubisoft.

What sets me apart: I'm not the kind of consultant who hands you a PDF and disappears. I get involved, I execute, and I stay the course. I combine real executive experience (CTO, Managing Director, Delivery Manager) with a hands-on approach to technology.
